SKIF means SCYTHIAN, nomadic people which ruled todays Ukraine from 800 to 300 BC, well known for being cruel warriors (women too) wearing lots of tatoos and using skulls of killed enemies as drinking cups. They were the first domesticating horses and inventors of bronce and iron working, but they had no written language.
